In today’s fast paced world the stresses and strains of living our everyday lives can create disharmony and disease between our mind, body, spirit and soul.  As a society we have moved away from our connection to nature, the natural world and the mysteries of life and in so doing have isolated ourselves from our world, our spirituality and our connection.  The ancient healing practices of shamanism and energy healing can help to re-harmonise the mind, body, spirit and soul to create healing, balance, empowerment and clarity, enabling us to move forward in our lives and to help us cope with the stresses and strains of our everyday existence.  These practices can also help to realign us and reconnect us to nature and the natural world; the mysteries of life and the energy in all things – the ‘life force’, and in so doing inspire us to heal; to wholeness; and to an understanding of ourselves and our connection to the world around us; thus freeing us.

I have trained in shamanic and spiritual healing, British plant spirit dreaming, energy healing and as an Interfaith Minister and spiritual counsellor.  I have on occasions taught on the subject of shamanism and with my friend, Kieron Morgan, lead a monthly open ‘warrior’ soul rescue circle.  As an ongoing process I am working to deepen my own self-mastery, knowledge and wisdom.

Through these ancient practices I work on a deep soul level to understand the cause not just the symptom; everyone is unique and working together towards understanding what the root cause is, we can bring about change.
